Promotions and Sales Assistant Manager in its International Department

Availability : All year round, for a minimum of 6 months

Mission : Within the Youth publications department a dedicated team is in charge of the promotion of French and English titles worldwide. In this team you will have to:

• Support the 40 sales representatives abroad and the 5 agents working in the United Kingdom and help them to promote the English magazines through: telemarketing, creating promotional material, telemarketing to assist them and following-up their visits.
• Prepare, take part in and follow up educational conferences (Nice…)
• Analyse the overseas market and the opportunities to export English magazines in new countries.
• Set up direct marketing campaigns and new partnerships with the Marketing manager.
• Update the website and manage the customer service.

The candidate :

This job requires a candidate:

• educated to degree level or equivalent
• with English mother tongue + fluent in French
• who is a confident communicator, both verbally and written
• with a high degree of professionalism, adaptability, personal initiative and enthusiasm
• a previous experience in marketing or sales would be a plus

- who is highly competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel… ).

Mission and Tasks :

We are looking for a representative in Dublin

The key role of a sales representative would be to increase the amount of subscribers by arranging meetings with headteachers and librarians and organizing sample circulations of the magazines in schools. He/ She will also have to increase the brand awareness.
