Then ask a grown-up to print them off and the cut them out.

Here are the instructions:
1. Glue the sheet onto thick card.
2. Cut around the outline of the head.
3. Cut out the pink dots for the eyes.
4. Use a craft knife to cut out the “U” for the nose.
5. Stick the end of the strip of the luminous ball behind the SuperJulie mask.
6. On the back, staple the end of an elastic band to each side of the mask.
